Runs the single pixel reset reduction.

Parameters:

  • arglist (list or dict) – The parameters for the SPR reduction (see Notes for formats).

  • verbose (bool, optional) – Whether to talk a lot.

Return type:

None

Notes

The following arguments are permitted:

  • -f <fileformat> : input file format

  • -i <infile> : input file

  • -o <outfile> : output file

  • -n <nfile> : number of input noise files to use

  • -t <t_init> : starting time slice

  • -cd <cds_cut> : cut for low CDS pixels

  • -rh <rowh> : row overhead in samples

  • -tn <tnoiseframe> : number of total noise frames to include

  • -ro : turn on reference output
